This is a
complete mechanical, electrical and software retrofitting upgrade kit to
transform any Track 86/88 system from old-style keypad to advanced LCD
Computer Control Console. This kit includes everything for plug-and-play
installation. The kit includes mounting supports on existing track, powerful
embedded computer (hiding inside the track enclosure), integrated barcode
reader, and NetTRACK Network PC Control software. This kit is %100
operational backward compatible, required no extra clean room space, and
seamlessly replace the old card cage keypad. |
Any Track
86/88 is already built-in firmware to communicate with the host computer. NetTRACK
Technologies has successfully developed the host PC software for Track 86/88
system. This software seamlessly integrates Track86/88 with PC Windows
software and interfacing with the Track only using serial cables. It requires
NO hardware or software
modification for the track! This software automates process, tracks Lot inventory, monitors
process, barcode reader, program recipe database, flow process database, and
comes with many powerful features that the track manufacturers unsuccessfully
developed and gave up. |
