NetTRACK new CPU controller is 100% backward compatible with SVG track controller. NetTRACK software team designs new firmware for this board. All functions of SVG processes are implemented and in addition, it also improves many functions. Any feature that is missing from SVG firmware is added and any SVG bug is corrected to make Track 86/88 system better and more reliable.

This is a software/mechanical/hardware upgrade package for SVG Track 86/88 Series or DUNA 700 tracks Hot Plate Oven station. The cover will move up/down for wafer transferring. Normally it is in closed and down position to maintain the oven temperature inside. The cover traps all fume vapor generate during the oven process. At the result, to lower VOC level significantly.

• The package requires new NetTRACK CPU to have firmware that controls the cover

Brushless Controller and Motor for Track

Eliminating OEM parts dependency. OEM parts are expensive and required long lead time when order. NetTRACK can upgrade track SPIN module to work with widely available (COS) commercial off the shelf controllers. Track can be upgraded from DC motor to brushless motor at insignificant cost because new low cost controller available on the market.
